sHIT for bRAINS was founded in January 1993 from former Analex (mATTHIAS hECHLER and sANJAI sHAH) musicians. In the past, both bands have recorded diverse Demotapes, but as sHIT for bRAINS they desided to record a CD directed and financed by the band, with six of their own compositions, written within a half year.

In May 1993 they introduced the new material the first time during a self-organized Festival and started recording in the studio in June 1993.
